Since the change in our clinical system on 17/1/22 it has become apparent that access on-line does not automatically switch to the new system. Unfortunately, all patients who want basic online access will need to complete and return the following form - ONline application form  Once we have that form we can set you up again for online services for appointment booking and repeat prescription orders as well as to inform us of any change to your mobile telephone number. If you require Proxy access on behalf of your child or other adult then please pop into the surgery to get the appropriate form. We will activate our part of the NHS App when adding on line access, unless you tell us you do not want it. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
